Sable privacy
This notice explains the information used by the Sable mobile app and its Public Sable service. SableCore LLC operates the app. For privacy questions, write to support@sablecoregroup.com.
What we use
Your account and conversations
When you sign in, we use your email address to send a one-time code and manage your account. The app and service use device registration proofs, account and session identifiers, and security records to protect access. We store conversations, Sable replies, continuity derived from your conversations, and any D&D campaigns, characters, sessions and game records you choose to create.
If you report a reply, we store the selected reply, the preceding message, your chosen reason and optional note so a SableCore reviewer can assess it. The report is linked to that conversation and is removed when its deletion completes. The private device dice tray does not send its rolls to the service.
Cloud processing
How Sable responds
With your cloud-processing choice enabled, relevant messages and context are sent to Venice AI to generate and check Sable's responses. The Public Sable service uses Kimi K2.5 through Venice. If you choose Listen, only the selected saved Sable reply is sent to Fish Audio to generate speech. SableCore does not save the generated audio as a conversation record.
Turning cloud processing off stops new requests from the app and clears its open account workspace on that device. It does not erase information already saved by the service or undo requests already sent to a provider. You can delete saved Sable data or the full app account separately.
Our service also uses hosting and email-delivery providers to operate the app. Those providers process information needed for their functions. See the Venice privacy policy and Fish Audio privacy policy for their current practices.
Control
Retention and deletion
Saved account content remains available while the account is active unless you delete a conversation, clear your Sable data, or request full account deletion. Full deletion revokes the account and removes its saved conversations, derived continuity, game data, authentication records and associated report copies from the active Public Sable service. Limited security and deletion receipts may remain temporarily to prevent abuse and prevent deleted content from being restored.
Service providers and infrastructure backups may have their own retention periods. We cannot undo processing that already occurred, and we do not represent an in-app deletion as immediate deletion from every provider's systems. Contact us if you need help with a request involving a provider or backup copy.
The app offers account and data controls in Settings. You can also request Sable account deletion on the web after uninstalling the app.
Boundaries
Separate spaces
Mobile app accounts are separate from any account used on the existing browser version of Public Sable. Matching email addresses do not automatically merge or transfer browser conversation history. Public Sable does not grant access to the private House.
We do not sell your Sable conversations or use them for advertising. The app does not need location, contacts or a microphone for its current chat, D&D and optional reply playback features. Visiting this public website generates ordinary Cloudflare delivery and web-analytics metadata; that website activity is separate from your Sable conversations. You can reach us at support@sablecoregroup.com to ask about access, correction or deletion.
